We offer a full range of medical services to both private patients and patients with Medical Cards (both GMS and DVC), but please note that there are some services which are not covered by medical cards and which therefore incur a charge. Please refer to our current Fees schedule.

Initial enquiries about attending the practice must be made to one of our doctors, by phone or email, and after acceptance, patients are asked to complete a Registration Form and Consent to Transfer Medical Records Form prior to their first appointment.

Please note that all patients under the age of 17 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
